There’s a lot to be angry about in the world. No matter what is upsetting you, it can be beneficial to express all of your feelings in one large burst. Cue the primal scream.
This is exactly what it sounds like: screaming as loudly and as long as you can. The School of Mom, a club that celebrates primal screams, recently hosted their fourth annual scream at a Charlestown field.
In quest of more ideal scream locales, we asked Boston.com readers to share their most primal screams, and received over 200 replies by form and social media.
One anonymous reader stated that they use an available soundproof pod at work. “Feels so good to let out a blood curdling scream at work,” remarked one of them.
If you are a college student, take note: one reader stated, “Wellesley College actually has a mass primal scream each semester during finals.” “It is fantastic.”
