Tottenham Hotspur played Everton away at Goodison Park in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Richarlison began the game for Spurs. He has emerged as Tottenham’s main striker in recent weeks, and he has once again delivered.
The £50 million (Sky Sports) Brazil international scored twice in the first half, once in the fourth minute and again at 41 minutes.
Former Tottenham forward Paul Robinson saw the match for BBC Sport and was thrilled by Richarlison’s second goal. Spurs head coach Ange Postecoglou believes Richarlison has room for improvement.
This was the Brazilian’s fourth goal in five Premier League games versus Everton.
England’s attacking midfielder James Maddison found Richarlison on the edge of the box. The former Everton and Watford attacker took a touch and curled it into the upper right corner.
Robinson praised Richarlison’s second goal on BBC Sport, calling it “an incredible finish.” We discussed strikers in form and acting on instinct. Richarlison has time to open things up, and it works for him.

My View: Richarlison is a big player for Tottenham Hotspur
Richarlison is, in my opinion, beginning to perform consistently well for Tottenham Hotspur and is becoming into a key player for the North London side.
The 26-year-old attacker struggled to make an impact for Spurs last season. Last season, he made 12 starts and 15 substitute appearances in the Premier League, scoring one goal and providing three assists.
Richarlison has scored a significant number of goals this season and is expected to continue doing so.
