Bruins’ David Pastrnak, Jeremy Swayman Faceoff In All-Star Game.

David Pastrnak and Jeremy Swayman represented the Boston Bruins in the 2024 NHL All-Star Game, but were compelled to compete against each other.

Pastrnak was chosen to play for Team McDavid, and Swayman for Team MacKinnon. Those two teams happened to be the representatives in Saturday’s first game, so the two Boston Bruins would be on opposing sides of the ice.

Pasta and Sway didn’t only play against each other, therefore the hockey gods must have been watching. They made the decision.

The first period clash between Team McDavid and Team MacKinnon ended in a shootout, with Pastrnak defeating Swayman to claim bragging rights before returning to Boston.

However, Swayman did had his own highlight in regulation.

It does not get any better than that.
