Celtic reach agreement with Norwich on Idah loan deal
Now, Celtic and Norwich City have reached an agreement for the loan of Irish international striker Adam Idah. The short-term agreement will last until the conclusion of the season; it does not include a buyout option.
If everything goes according to plan, the player will be Brendan Rodgers‘ second January transfer window acquisition after completing a medical in London today.
Sydney van Hooijdonk, a striker for Bologna, is heading to England today to finish his loan transfer to Norwich, taking Idah’s place in the team. The son of former Celtic scorer Pierre van Hooijdonk was reportedly offered to Celtic, but they chose not to pursue the deal.
