Fabrizio Romano has hinted on Twitter about who the winner of the competition to recruit Maxime Esteve is, and Everton and Burnley will have found out.
On January 27, The Daily Mail reported that the Toffees had contacted Montepllier about signing the center back.
Additionally, they said that the Clarets were intensifying their efforts to sign the 21-year-old.
