Mateusz Musialowski, a young player for Liverpool, was spotted at Elland Road by his agency prior to rumors that he was heading to Leeds United.
As reported by Sport.pl on January 26, agent Cezary Kucharski was reportedly spotted lately observing the Whites in action.
The Poland Under-21 international is wanted by the Whites, according to a report from Football Insider on January 22.
On the move?
Leeds would need to act fast if they want to capture the Liverpool young player because the January transfer window is almost over.
Musialowski has been a standout player for the Reds this season; according to the Liverpool Echo (October 11, 2023), coach Barry Lewtas of Liverpool Under-21 called the 20-year-old “brilliant.”
The attacking midfielder has played in 11 games across all competitions this season, including four in the EFL Trophy and seven in the Premier League 2.
And Musialowski has undoubtedly left a lasting impression, scoring three goals and dishing up an assist in each contest.
Following multiple unsuccessful moves, Leeds seemed to have finally perfected its hiring practices, as evidenced by the rapid success of players like Joe Rodon, Glen Kamara, and Ethan Ampadu since going to Elland Road.
And Whites manager Daniel Farke may look to add Liverpool youngster Musialowski to that list before the January deadline.
Although the 20-year-old has shown his adaptability recently, it is unclear how big of an impact he would have if he were to move up to senior football.
