Lakers News: D’Angelo Russell Likes Tweet About D’Angelo Russell Trade

D’Angelo Russell, the point guard for the Los Angeles Lakers, is opening up to us about his true feelings over the most recent trade rumors involving him. Russell recently like a tweet on Twitter/X from former NBA player Evan Turner, who said that LA will regret sending him go.

D-This tweet was liked by Lo and is still in his favorites. Russell has always been linked to trades, particularly when he was a Laker. Everywhere he goes, it seems like his work is never safe and he’s treated like a piece of equipment.

In eight years, he has played for four teams, and he has left each one via trade. Upon reaching his second season in the league, the Lakers traded him to the Brooklyn Nets. He was involved in a sign and trade with the Golden State Warriors following two seasons in Brooklyn. He was dealt to the Timberwolves by the organization before the trade deadline later that season, in his first season as a Warrior. Before being sent back to Los Angeles in the trade that included Russell Westbrook and him last year, he played three seasons there.

It’s been a never-ending cycle for D-Lo, and I’m sure he’s tired of it. Everywhere he’s gone, he’s done nothing but be a professional and has balled out regardless.

Russell is putting a lot of pressure on the front staff to make the move if they think it’s necessary because he’s been playing fantastic basketball lately. He hasn’t performed as reliably as we had hoped. But maybe, just maybe, he could stay around past February 8th if he can maintain his performance from the previous three games, which saw him average 27.3 points.
