Tom Fellows, the Everton target, is absent from the West Brom starting lineup against Norwich City.
Tom Fellows, a reported Everton target and attacker for West Brom, was absent from the matchday squad against Norwich City owing to sickness.
Journalist Lewis Cox of the Express and Star claims that there has been a sickness at the team all week that has affected manager Carlos Corberan as well.
Fellows has not traveled with the team for the match. According to the Daily Mail, he has been linked to both Everton and Leicester.
Cox stated on Twitter: “Tom Fellows isn’t coming today; he’s been sick. Several people from the team, including the head coach, this week. Give it up for #wba.
Would it have been a game?
Even though Fellows scored in the previous game, he was aware that he would always be a backup, covering for injured players.
It’s reasonable to argue that he has made the most of the playing time he has received this season, even though he may not have anticipated it.
The right flanker Jed Wallace, who is likely back to 100%, is expected to start ahead of the 20-year-old.
Fellows won’t likely play as much at Everton as he will at the Hawthorns for the remainder of the season because Everton is a Premier League team.
Leicester presents an intriguing alternative, but unless something extraordinary occurs, they too will be promoted and bolstered by Premier League players.
If Fellows stays at the Hawthorns, Corberan will undoubtedly make every effort to persuade the youthful winger to stick around.
