This Sunday’s playoff game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Green Bay Packers should be exciting. But there’s a worry that Jaire
Alexander is currently battling with an ankle issue, thus he will not be playing. Consequently, Green Bay made the decision to make a roster move in case Alexander is ruled out.
That being said, according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, the Packers have formally promoted David Long Jr. from the practice squad to the active roster.
Alexander is not currently ruled out, but this is a nice insurance move from Green Bay.

Alexander should be able to play on Sunday. The Packers will require Jaire since the Cowboys have one of the finest passing attacks in the league.
