During their conversation on WWL, Loomis and Mike Hoss discussed the kneel-down in contrast to scoring. Although he didn’t believe the conduct was meant to
be malevolent, he wished it had never occurred. Loomis then focused on those who argue that the touchdown was a sign of disobedience on the part of the Saints.

Allen is the head coach. When the former CEO of a team you coached feels compelled to make comments like these about you, it does not look good.
In the end, Allen will probably continue to lead the Saints as head coach, as Jeff Nowak points out in the Audacy piece that includes the Loomis quotation.
