Cowboys star Micah Parsons’ interesting take on Dan Quinn departure speculation.

Regarding rumours of Dan Quinn being the head coach, Dallas Cowboys standout Micah Parsons is keeping his attention on the here and now.

Dan Quinn, the defensive coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys, has been in the news a lot lately as the team gets ready to play the Green Bay Packers in

the NFC Playoffs Wild Card Round.Since taking over as defensive coordinator in 2021, Quinn has been the mastermind behind one of the league’s

most reliable defences, which has some wondering whether he would decide to leave the Cowboys this offseason in search of a head coaching chance somewhere.

Cowboys defensive lineman Michah Parsons recently discussed the rumours and the reasons he is concentrating on the here and now rather than the future.

“It’s the nature of the business,” said Parsons, per Jon Machota of The Athletic on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter. “It could possibly be my

last ride with Q. And if it is, we’re gonna make sure it’s a damn good one… Dan is my guy. And if he does leave, it’s always love. He might take me with him, you never know.”

Previously, Dan Quinn was the head coach of the Atlanta Falcons, a team that qualified for the Super Bowl in 2016–17 and, when they did, pulled off

the greatest collapse in team sports history.

Quinn’s skills as a defensive mastermind, which date back to his days with the Seattle Seahawks in the early 2010s, are still undeniable.

Regardless, it appears that Micah Parsons is intent on maximizing Quinn’s remaining time in Dallas.
