Greetings and salutations, and welcome to Chigwell Construction Stadium for the Barclays Women’s Super League matchup with Aston Villa this afternoon.

I’d like to welcome the players, Carla Ward, and her staff to East London for the game today.

We can’t wait to perform for our own audience once more today. We are certain to have some highs and lows during this time of transition. Although there have been some aspects of our play that we’ve been particularly happy with during the season, our goal is to try and play the West Ham Way in every game. It will require some time to complete that process.

We’re creating for the future, it’s a major undertaking, and this league is really competitive. We are helping the players learn how to be resilient in this league and giving them more experience even if they haven’t been in it for very long. We sincerely appreciate your assistance during this change and falling behind us.

The athletes have the necessary work ethic, a strong desire to advance, and a willingness to absorb what we’re attempting to do.

Aston villa news conts…

Today’s test will be rather different for us because of Aston Villa. They won their first game this past weekend after having a fantastic season the year before. As always, we’ve carefully studied the opponent to find methods to play to our strengths and exploit any weaknesses in their system. Our goal for today is to follow and carry out the game plan.

Before we go into the international break, we have three games in the next seven days. The team as a whole will be very important. We frequently discuss the significance of training hard, their place in our style of play, and how to execute when it counts on game day no matter what role you play.

We appreciate your unwavering support during each of our games this season. You can undoubtedly observe our team’s growth in the manner we wish to play and in each game we participate in.
